The entire data area will be replicated in a failover cluster.
This includes the internal database with all application data.
for example:
- users
- e-mail aliases
- white- and blacklist entries
- all mails on the local hard disc
- all message queues (outgoing, ingoing, spam, virus, CISS)
- mail archive, only if the archived e-mails still not saved on a file share
- configuration settings (in exception the network settings of the appliance)
- logfiles
don't included
- the operating system
- network configuration (IP, DNS, GW, MASK, hostname, time)
- reddoxx application software
If updates will be installed in a cluster, the new software is
automatically distributed to both nodes.
